Deb Noller is the dynamic CEO and co-founder of Switch Automation, a smart building software company. With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, technology, business and sustainability, Noller is passionate about helping enterprises leverage next generation facilities management technology to execute more efficient business operations. She studied environmental management and technology at university then launched her career as a software engineer prior to founding Switch.
Today, Noller helms a global team of software, engineering, data science and integration experts focused on helping companies achieve their sustainability goals through optimized building performance. As the only company in the world to combine data aggregation, fault detection, deep analytics and real-time command and control, Noller’s team helps companies like Microsoft, Intel and Wells Fargo to realize significant energy savings and environmental benefits.
